House Rules

Guests are required to sign a short-term rental lease/waiver prior to check-in. The County of San Bernardino has instituted county-wide quiet hours of 10pm to 7am daily which are strictly enforced. Out of respect for our neighbors, kindly keep noise levels to a respectful minimum during your stay. If neighbors are disturbed, we reserve the right to have guests vacate the property with no refund. One house-trained, well-behaved dog is allowed with payment of the $125 pet fee. Non-aggressive breeds only, no size limit. The County of San Bernardino requires dogs to be licensed and leashed while out in public. Dogs must be crated if left alone in the house. The County of San Bernardino prohibits street parking. Kindly park all vehicles in the large, spacious driveway. Please rinse off in the outdoor shower before entering the hot tub. No urinating in the hot tub. Excess dirt, sand and urine will cause the hot tub to turn green, which will incur a $150 fee. Due to noise laws, hot tub use is prohibited between 10pm and 8am. No liquids, soaps, bubbles, bath bombs, or additives of any kind are allowed in the pool or hot tub. Guests will be charged a $150 fee if this occurs. No glass containers allowed near or in the pool and hot tub. Plastic drinkware is provided for our guests. Guests who are not part of the reservation may not stay overnight. No glitter. No confetti. Our cleaning team thanks you! Guests may not send mail, packages or anything postmarked to the house. The kitchen sink is equipped with a garbage disposal. Please do not drain food debris, cooking oil, fat, coffee grinds, bones, or anything solid down the drain. If the garbage disposal clogs and needs to be repaired, guests will incur a $75 fee.

My girlfriend and I were looking for cozy spots near Joshua Tree, and we found this place! At first, the lack of reviews threw us off a little bit but we decided to go with it. And it was absolutely worth it! This listing is absolutely perfect if you want a mix of privacy without being entirely isolated. You could hear the cars passing through, however it feels comforting knowing you’re not alone in the middle of the desert. I 100% recommend this listing. Stephanie was a great host and the house is beautiful. The pool table was in great condition and the hot tub was incredibly relaxing. The drive to Joshua Tree was on an empty road and it was easy and beautiful! The sunset looked amazing from the porch chairs, and overall I don’t regret a single thing. We both loved this house and have already talked about going back. This is the perfect place to stay if you want something private and peaceful, short drive to town and to the park, or just a nice place to stay :)

This was a pleasant place to stay at and very welcoming. The hot tub was the best feature in the house. I would definitely recommend this home for any couples looking to get away for the weekend.

Great stay for 4 adults and extremely dog friendly! Stephanie’s home looks exactly like the photos, was easy to find, & had awesome amenities. There was an issue with the jacuzzi & the outside porch string lights & Stephanie had both issues resolved immediately. Great place to stay for a mini vacation. We will be booking again. Thank you Stephanie!
